Good evening LYC,
For Tuesday’s June 2 general membership meeting, we will offer members the opportunity to participate via “go to meeting”.
We are currently limited to no more than 10 persons in the clubhouse so the officers and committee chairs will be the only members present. Everyone else can join by following the instructions below.
- Instructions for joining the meeting via computer/tablet/smart phone or by good old Ma Bell are included in the link below;
- the online interface around 7:15pm to allow people to get logged in prior to the actual meeting start time of 7:30pm;
- all participants will be muted with the exception of the executive committee and committee chairs;
- It would be helpful if other participants self muted when joining so we don’t have to monitor the entire time;
- If someone would like to add a comment or question they need to use the “Chat” feature.
- Tim Tibbits will be monitoring the incoming message traffic and feed questions to the executive committee as they come in.
