This Week at LYC

11 Aug

The Tuesday LYSS fundraiser “togo” events are very popular; weather tomorrow evening calls for sunny skies, temps in the mid 70’s.

Tuesday, August 11: Alternate Tuesday fundraiser for the sailing school.  Gail Kretchman and crew (Jill Kaines is off sailing) are serving up “Potato Pigs” consisting of a baked potato topped with BBQ pulled pork, cheese, bacon, and green onion with sour cream on the side along with a side salad for $10 per person.  Since this is a fundraiser for LYSS, membership card “punches” will not be honored; cash or check will be accepted.  Serving from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m..  Order and pickup at the south kitchen door.  Seating outside on the deck, picnic tables, or bring your own chair & table for the yard.  Or, grab & go!  One person at a time (mask required) will be allowed through the west deck door to order from the bar.

Wednesday August 12:  Corona Cup Sailboat Racing series continues.  6:00 p.m. start.  If you wish to race or catch a ride, be at the club by 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday August 18:  Fergburgs serving 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
