Here’s what’s happening at LYC this week;
Tuesday is the membership meeting and potluck. Dinner at 6:30 followed by the meeting at 7:30. Please bring a dish to pass. It’s YOUR club so come see what’s happening and how you can be a part of it all.
Wednesday is Happy Hour 5:30-7:00 with 50 cents off drinks. Snacks will be provided. There will be Beer Can Sailboat Races with the skippers meeting at 6 to determine course. Come on down even if you don’t have a sailboat. There is always room for more crew and you can practice up for the Bloomer Cup!
Friday is cocktails @ the Club. As always they start 5ish and your appetizers to share are appreciated. I can’t think of a better place to enjoy a cocktail and unwind after a busy week.
Doug and Mary Ann Slaggert and their crew will be grilling up Beef Tenderloins for dinner Saturday. This will be a $15 dinner and reservations are needed. Reservations will close at noon on Wednesday. To reserve, call Gail at 616-490-1255 or respond to this e-mail. Don’t wait – this event will fill up quickly.
