Mark your calendars for activities in May;  May 5, Kentucky Derby party; May 19, Swiss Steak dinner; May 26 Wing Ding Dango.  More information will be forthcoming in the next few weeks…stay tuned.

Spring in Ludington is delayed I hear.

Friday October 13 is Cocktails at the Club beginning about 5:00 p.m.  Appetizers are welcome but not necessary.
Saturday October 14 – Christmas in October – 6:00 pm Social, Dinner at 7:00 pm   This is planned to be a no charge, potluck event this year.  We will be cooking up a couple of turkeys and the remainder of the dinner is up to you; stuffing, potatoes, veggie, dessert, etc. whatever is your favorite to prepare, please bring!  Reservations not necessary!!
The tree is up and donations are being accepted for the Ludington High School Student Resource Center.  Mark Boon will be on hand to talk about the Center.  They can use:  flashlights, home fire extinguishers (for the family), gift cards (movie theater, pizza, Taco Bell, Walmart, Meijer, Shop n Save, Biercamp Market, etc), clothing (anything Carhart, sox & underwear, Oriole gear (at Wal-mart & Meijer), sweatshirts, gloves, scarves, hats, postage stamps, laundry type basket with soap, personal care items (razor, shampoo, deodorant, etc), as well as gifts a High School kid could give to younger family members.
Cash is also accepted (Make checks payable to Ludingon High School with Resource Center on the memo line and either drop off at the club or mail to the LYC post office box 132) and the Student Resource Center will put the contribution to good use.  Bring contributions to the Club and put under the tree.
