This week at LYC

Cocktails at the Club on Friday September 5.  Bring an appetizer or not and see who shows up.  Starts around 5:00 p.m. until ?

Wine tasting scheduled for Saturday September 6 has been cancelled.

FergBurgs will be served Tuesday September 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Five bucks a burger.  Bring along something that goes with burgers to share.  This is the next to last FergBurg event for the year…final will be September 23.

Don’t forget to bring in contributions to Toys for Tots, Gifts for Teens to place under the tree.

Luci, Denny, and Steve are accepting reservations for the Shrimp Dinner on either Friday September 19 or Saturday September 20.  Please respond to this message with preferred day and number of attendees (specify guest or club member names to ensure no duplicate reservations) or call Luci at 843-1561.  We are also looking for a few good members to assist us with these dinners.  Here is your opportunity to lend a hand; tasks are easy!

Next Week at LYC August 26 to September 2nd

This Tuesday, August 26, is FergBurg Tuesday.  Five bucks a burger.  Serving from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.  Bring something to share if you wish that goes with burgers.

Saturday, August 30, is the Labor Day weekend “Burn your Own” potluck.  Bring a dish to share and a meat to grill.  Social gathers at 6:00 p.m.and the grills will be ready to cook at 7:00 p.m. with dinner thereafter.  Join in the fun!

Tuesday, September (already!) 2 the the general membership meeting.  Potluck dinner precedes the meeting at 6:30 p.m. and the meeting convenes promptly at 7:30 p.m.
