June Membership Meeting News

The votes are in.  At last week’s membership meeting, those present voted to amend the LYC bylaws and raise the membership cap from 200 to 220 memberships.  In the days following the vote, the LYC shareholders also voted in favor of the amendment thereby making the results official.

In other news from the meeting, the Grounds Committee reported that an automated, propane fueled, outdoor fire pit will be installed in the coming days. The committee also thanked Bob Kesling for grading the parking area and Bobbie Clingan for donating flowers that adorn the club.

We welcome the following folks who were accepted into membership at the meeting:  Amy & Chris Loftis, Marty & Barbara Schmidt, Jimmy & Anessa Ricklefs, Jeff Betz, Russ & Beth Cross, David & Cindy Windsor, Lynnette & Kyle Nichols, Kelly & Chris Bousson, and Richard & Brooke Burr.  At the May meeting we welcomed Gig Mitchell, Thomas & Lorraine Kitts, Jim & Barb Farnan, and Craig & Kelly Wandoff into membership.
