Saturday’s Corned Beef Brisket dinner was a big success. Thanks to Steve Miller for hosting along with his crew of John & Sharon Berend, Gary Ferguson, Denny & Luci Lavis, Chris Patulski, Jon Erickson, and Jim & Joan Wright for their efforts to prepare, serve, and clean up afterwards. Also thanks to Becky Erickson for her normal efficient work at the bar and for preparation of the “dessert” following dinner.
Tuesday, September 26 – was FERGBURGS
in support of the Sailing School. The final 2023 Fergburgs dinner night was a record breaking success, with over 100 burgers served.
Saturday October 7 – SWISS STEAK DINNER
hosted by Luci & Denny Lavis and Mom Lavis. Menu to include Swiss Steak (of course), mashed potato with gravy, vegetable, salad, rolls, and dessert, all for $15 per person. Social starts at 6:00 p.m. with dinner served at 7:00 p.m. Please call or text Sandy Gomez to make a reservation. If you are making a reservation for other members as well as yourself, please let her know. Reservations will close Wednesday October 4.

With the 2023 season coming to a close and the 2024 season right around the corner, the 2024 suite of Flag Officers will be looking for enthusiastic and energetic members to serve on various committees. Our members make the LYC what it is and the 2024 Officers will be looking for your input and unique talents to help on various committees. Consider offering your talent and time.
