Please join us on Sunday August 20 from 1pm to 5pm for the second annual LYC Art Show & Fundraiser.

Marina McGee and Luci Lavis came up with this idea last year and the response has been inspiring! Artist entry fees and 15% of all sales will be donated to the American Cancer Society. There will be a wide variety of arts and crafts represented at this year’s show. A bake sale is also planned. We have a special liquor license for this event so please invite your friends as non-members can enjoy a glass of wine, mimosa, or something else as they browse the offerings. Volunteers can still help with set up, take down, and clean up and to provide entries for the bake sale. Contact Luci Lavis or Marina McGee if you wish to lend a hand.

Looking ahead:

August 26 – Italian Dinner
September 9 – Bloomer Cup Race and Dinner
September 16 – Meatloaf Dinner
September 23 – Corned Beef & Cabbage Dinner
October 7 – Swiss Steak Dinner

Formal announcements for each of these events will occur over the next several weeks at which time reservations will be accepted, stay tuned.
