First, the Ludington Youth Sailing School is in need of a couple dozen empty one gallon milk or water jugs to be made into bailers for the school’s fleet of boats. If you have any kicking around, drop them off at the club or contact Gary Ferguson (690-3710) or me (499-1220).
Second, Cocktails at the Club on Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. to whenever; bring an appetizer if you wish.
We will be holding the LYC version of The Voice with Karaoke this Saturday, the 21st, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Again, bring an appetizer to share if you wish.
Next Friday June 27 is a Venetian Parade sponsored by the Ludington Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. The parade will stage in front of the Club at dusk and proceed to the downtown marina and channel area. Cocktails at the Club as usual too.
Plans for Saturday June 28 include meeting in Parlor B beginning at 5:30 p.m. for a Raft Off. All boats from 46 feet to 4 four foot 6 are welcome!
